Manajemen kinerja merupakan suatu proses menciptakan pengertian tentang apa yang harus, dan bagaimana mencapainya dan suatu pendekatan mengelola orang untuk meningkatkan kemungkinan pencapaian hasil yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan. Leaders who have emotional intelligence will involve the ability to manage emotions so that they can direct their emotions in a positive direction. With the guidance of an emotionally intelligent leader, a person will feel comfortable, making it easier to interact in an institution. Vice versa, without good emotional intelligence, the leader will find it difficult to build togetherness. This study aims to determine emotional intelligence-based leadership in the dimensions of personal competence and the dimensions of social competence of madrasah principals in building partnership relationships in the institutional environment. The method used by the author is the library research method or commonly referred to as secondary data sources. The approach taken in studying this writing is a pedagogical approach. There are generally two types of methods in the sociology of religion, namely the empirical method and the rationalist method. In understanding religion, it is not enough to only use a normative theological approach but it is necessary to use other approaches, including a sociological approach. Hal ini juga terjadi di SMA Negeri 2 Pasaman Barat, masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal sehingga hasil belajar mereka rendah. Hal ini disebabkan siswa kurang diberi kesempatan untuk berpikir dan mengungkaan ide-ide serta menulis dengan bahasa yang benar. . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan model think talk write (ttw) dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Negeri 2 Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Adapun tujuan PTK adalah untuk memecahkan permasalahan nyata yang terjadi didalam kelas yang dialami langsung oleh guru dan siswa yang sedang belajar, meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, dan menumbuhkan budaya akademik di kalangan para guru yang bersifat akademis yang tertuang dalam nilai ulangan harian (formatif) dan ulangan semester (sumatif). Ulangan akhir semester (sumatif) maupun yang bersifat non akademis seperti motivasi, perhatian, aktivitas, minat dan lain sebagainya. karena seluruh program dilakukan dimulai dari perencanaan yang baik, proses yang sesuai dengan tujuan yang disusun serta evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Terkait dengan pelaksanan model think talk write (ttw) dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Negeri 2 Pasaman Barat temuan ini membuktikan dan menjelaskan tentang dalam pelaksanan model think talk write sudah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh pihak sekolah sekolah, guru dan siswa. Temuan ini mnjelaskan bahwa dengan terlaksananya model think talk write ini, karena nilai yang dihasilkan siswa dari ujian formatif dan sumatif sudah terdapat meningkatnya nilai dan hasil belajar siswa, sebelumnya siswa kurang minat terhadap mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, alhamdulilah sekarang sudah menigkat dan berminat sekali dalam menerima mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Among the topics that became discourses was Islamic Worldview in Islamic Psychology. This article seeks to answer the problems surrounding the discourse and problems of Islamic Worldview discourse in the construction of Islamic Psychology. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the type of field research. The research informants were determined by purposive sampling with the criteria of scientists and practitioners of Islamic Psychology, academics and psychology students totaling four people. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data was analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman qualitative data analysis model, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study show that the discourse on the construction of Islamic Psychology is very enthusiastically welcomed by psychological scientists. The content of the discourse is to build Psychology with a new perspective that is different from Western Psychology, by making the Qur'an and hadith the main source of Islamic Psychology. However, the problem is that 1) Western Psychology has dominated and has an established scientific construction, while Islamic Psychology is just trying to formulate, 2) Not all, even most Muslim Psychology scientists do not master Arabic which incidentally is the language of the Qur'an and hadith, 3) There is still a low understanding of Muslim students who study Psychology in universities about Islamic teachings, 4) The recognition of the existence of Islamic Psychology as one of the disciplines is still questionable and does not have strong legality in the laws and regulations regarding higher education.
